Registration fee for early-bird and standard registration includes: coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome cocktail according to the program.
Students and PhD Students participants, in order to apply for the reduced fee, should send a copy of their student ID or an equivalent document signed by an official supervisor at their university or academic institute via e-mail to the organizing secretariat at
The fee for the accompanying person includes: get together event, lunches, Napoli orientation guided tour the 1st of September. Admittance to the scientific sessions is not included.

Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an email to the Organizing Secretariat YES Meet
- Until 60 days before the Conference no penalty due
- Until 30 days before the Conference you will be refunded of 50%
- From 29 days before the Conference no refund will be possible
Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference, net of bank charges (Euro 50,00).
